Return and Exchange Policy


At HU Sport, we offer free return service in case of manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was sent. Currently, we do not provide an exchange service, so you will need to return the product first and then purchase the alternative product you desire. 


General Terms:

-Returns can be requested within 10 days from the date of receiving the product (online store only). 

-The exchange and return policy for branches is within 7 days for exchange and 3 days for return.

-Returned products must be in their original condition (new, unused, and packaged). 

-The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. 

For health reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, swimwear, sports bras, socks, compression garments, headbands, hats, gloves, or consumable products like opened airports.  

Shipping fees, or cash on delivery fees, or any other non-refundable taxes or customs duties.  

If you receive free shipping at the time of purchase, the shipping fees will be deducted upon return or exchange.  

If the returned products were part of a promotional offer, the value of the discount resulting from the offer will be deducted.  

HU Sport reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that does not comply with the resale conditions.​ 

Return requests that exceed the specified deadline will not be accepted.  

Machine or tools cannot be returned unless they are in their original condition with packaging (including the box), except in cases of manufacturing defects.  

If it is determined after inspecting the returned product that it does not comply with the return conditions, the customer will bear the shipping cost to return the product, which amounts to 30 riyals each way.  


Non-returnable products:

- The products that have been damaged due to misuse or that show signs of wear or breakage (misuse), even if they are under warranty. 

- The products that have been used, modified, assembled, or installed, unless they are defective. 

- Underwear, swimwear, sports bras, socks, compression bands, headbands, hats, gloves, or consumable products such as opened airports. 


Return Procedures:

To complete the return request, please follow the steps below within the allowed timeframe:

To register a return request. 


- Returns are free in case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

- All products requested for return must be returned in one shipment. 

- The products must be in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories that came with them. 

- Returned products are subject to quality inspection before return approval. 

- An email will be sent to confirm the receipt of the product and to initiate the refund process. 

- The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 days. 


- Please review the return policy to see the list of non-returnable products. 

- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page within 48 hours of the receipt date.

General Provisions:

1. HU Sport reserves the right to refuse any sale for any reason. 

2. In the event of purchasing a product and later finding out that it is not available in the online store's inventory, HU Sport has the right to cancel the order and refund the product's value to the customer without any additional compensation.
